Hosting

Diese Website wird mit Wix erstellt und von Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel, betrieben. Wix verarbeitet die Daten als Auftragsverarbeiterin. Die Übermittlung nach Israel stützt sich auf den Angemessenheitsbeschluss der Europäischen Kommission (2011/61/EU). Gibt Wix Daten an Dienstleister in weiteren Ländern weiter, geschieht das auf Grundlage eines Angemessenheitsbeschlusses oder der EU-Standardvertragsklauseln.

Server-Protokolle

Beim Aufruf der Seite verarbeitet Wix technische Zugriffsdaten, unter anderem IP-Adresse, Datum und Uhrzeit, aufgerufene Adresse sowie Browser und Betriebssystem. Ohne diese Daten kann die Seite nicht angezeigt werden. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO – das berechtigte Interesse an einem sicheren Betrieb.

Wix setzt nur Cookies, die für den Betrieb und die Sicherheit der Seite notwendig sind; Wix stuft sie selbst als essenziell ein. Dafür ist nach § 165 Abs. 3 TKG 2021 keine Einwilligung nötig. Diese Website verwendet keine Analyse-, Marketing- oder Social-Media-Werkzeuge. Sollte sich das ändern, werden solche Cookies erst nach Ihrer Zustimmung über einen Cookie-Banner gesetzt.

Wenn Sie mir schreiben oder anrufen

Die Website hat kein Formular. Wenn Sie mir eine E-Mail schreiben (das Postfach wird über Google Workspace betrieben) oder mich anrufen, verarbeite ich Ihre Angaben, um Ihnen zu antworten. Rechtsgrundlage ist Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO, wenn es um ein Bild oder einen Auftrag geht, sonst Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. f DSGVO. Ich bewahre Ihre Nachricht nur so lange auf, wie sie dafür gebraucht wird.

Empfänger

Außer Wix (Hosting) und Google (E-Mail) bekommt niemand diese Daten. Sie werden weder verkauft noch für Werbung weitergegeben.

Ihre Rechte

Sie haben das Recht auf Auskunft, Berichtigung, Löschung, Einschränkung der Verarbeitung, Datenübertragbarkeit und Widerspruch. Schreiben Sie dafür an info@annaschley.com. Sie können sich außerdem bei der Österreichischen Datenschutzbehörde beschweren.

Hosting

This website is built with Wix and run by Wix.com Ltd., 5 Yunitsman St., Tel Aviv, Israel. Wix processes the data as a processor. The transfer to Israel is based on the European Commission's adequacy decision (2011/61/EU). Where Wix passes data to service providers in other countries, this happens on the basis of an adequacy decision or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

Server logs

When you open the site, Wix processes technical access data, including IP address, date and time, the address requested, and browser and operating system. The site cannot be shown without them. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR – the legitimate interest in running the site securely.

Cookies

Wix only sets cookies that are needed to run and secure the site; Wix itself classifies them as essential. Under § 165(3) of the Austrian Telecommunications Act 2021 no consent is required for them. This website uses no analytics, marketing or social-media tools. If that changes, such cookies will only be set after you consent through a cookie banner.

If you write to me or call

The website has no form. If you email me (the inbox runs on Google Workspace) or call me, I process your details in order to answer you. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where it concerns a painting or a commission, otherwise Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. I keep your message only as long as it is needed for that.

Recipients

Apart from Wix (hosting) and Google (email), no one receives this data. It is neither sold nor passed on for advertising.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. Write to info@annaschley.com for this. You can also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
